Michael Gliksman, CEO/Producer
Conservatory trained opera singer, and American Film Institute Producing
Fellow, Mr. Gliksman is celebrating 40 years as an Entertainment Industry
professional. In the first ten years of his career, he sang, acted, wrote,
produced, and/or directed dozens of stage, film, radio, and television projects.
This portion of Michael's life culminated with his performance in the World
Premiere of Tennessee Williams' "The Red Devil Battery Sign" with Mr. Williams
supervising.
As a son of two concentration camp survivors from Poland, with the mentoring of
famed Nazi Hunter, Simon Wiesenthal, Michael focused his energies toward
creating media projects to teach children lessons of the Holocaust. He
established a new school of Human Rights Media Education appropriate for younger
children. His film, "Hope Out of the Ashes", starring Liv Ullmann, has been
studied by millions in the United States and China.
Mr. Gliksman has spent most of his Entertainment career as an executive and
Executive Producer. Affiliations have included the Spielberg Shoah Foundation,
the Simon Wiesenthal Center, Turner Broadcasting, and currently,
Lucasfilm/Skywalker Sound.
Additionally, Michael is a singer/songwriter and Music Producer. Exclusive
production contract is currently in discussion with Skywalker Sound for Luckyman
Media Records. Michael is an Artist/Producer of the Taylor, and Martin Guitar
Companies.
Michael is a member of the National
Academy of Recording Artists (Grammy) and Custom Electronics Design
and Installation Association (CEDIA) and the Audio Engineering
Society (AES). Gliksman currently consults in the
Professional and Consumer Audio Industries and is in Pre Production
on the feature film, "An Eye for and Eye Makes the Whole World
Blind".
Joseph Paternoster, CFO
Mr. Paternoster has substantial
experience in business, investments, tax planning, and in building
companies. Mr. Paternoster was a leader of the team that acquired
controlling interest in DriWater, Inc. in November 1995. During that
time the company has grown its technology and sales around the
world. Mr. Paternoster has two issued patents, with three pending,
involving water conservation technologies. Mr. Paternoster has spent
much time in the Middle East and North Africa perfecting water
technologies for arid regions.
He has owned Paternoster & Associates
since 1983, a firm that advises businesses and individuals in tax,
investments and financial planning. He owns a trademark for a line
of clothing distributed to retailers such as Longs Drugs, Pier 39
and many wineries across the United States. Mr. Paternoster was the
owner of Wolfard Co., one of the top 100 art galleries in the United
States.
Mr. Paternoster studied Finance at
Butte College in Chico, California, is a registered Principle
holding a Series 24 and Series 7 Securities License.
